Check out the steps as listed below to solve the HP Printer printing issues-
Ø  Check whether the HP Printer is turned ‘On’ and that there is a paper in the tray. Still, if you face any issues then try the following as given below-
1.      Look for the error messages and try to solve it by yourself.
2.      Try to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.
3.      Check whether the HP product isn’t paused or offline.
Follow the steps as given below-
§  For Windows 7, you need to click on the ‘Start’ menu, followed by ‘Devices and Printers’.
§  Click on the icon of your HP product.
§  Select ‘See what’s printing to open the print queue’.
§  Check whether there are no check marks next to ‘pause printing’ or Use HP Printer offline on the HP Printer menu.
§  Try to print again, in case you made any errors.  
4.      Check whether the HP product is set as the default printer.
Follow the steps as listed below-
§  For Windows 7, you need to select the ‘Start’ option from the taskbar.
§  Click on the option ‘Devices and Printers’.
§  Confirm that the correct HP products are set as a default printer and it has a check mark in a black or green circle next to it.
§  In case the wrong HP product is set as the default printer then you need to click on the right printer and set is a default Printer.
§  Try using your Printer, again.

5.      You need to restart the HP print spooler.
Follow the steps as shown below-
§  For Windows 7, select the ‘Start’ from the desktop’s taskbar.
§  Click on the ‘Control, Panel’.
§  Select the option ‘System and Security’ followed by ‘Administrative tools’.
§  Choose the ‘Services’.
§  Click the ‘Print Spooler’ followed by ‘Properties’.
§  Next to the ‘Startup Type’, check whether ‘Automatic’ is selected on the ‘General’ tab.
§  Under ‘Service Status’ click ‘start’ if the services aren’t running beforehand.
§  Click on the option ‘Ok’.
§  Check whether the correct HP product is put as the default printer.
§  If the wrong HP product is put as the default printer then select the right printer and set it as the default printer.
§  Try to use your HP Printer.
6.      Reboot your PC
7.      Clear the print queue.
Follow the steps as shown below-
§  For Windows 7 choose the ‘Start’ button from the taskbar.
§  Select ‘Devices and Printers’.
§  Click on the icon of your HP product to open the print queue.
§  Choose ‘Cancel all documents’ or ‘Purge print documents’ on the print menu.
§  Click ‘Yes’ to confirm the same.
§  Restart your System.

§  Try to print again.
