2.       Select “Devices and printers” given in the menu

·         Click on “Add a printer” option

4.       Click on the printer icon and go to properties available at the bottom of the pop-up window
5.       If asked, allow the dministrator access to carry the process further
6.       Set to its default settings

Once you completely execute the steps, try to give a scan command to the Brother printer you have. The problem will be fixed if you get desired output.
