Don’t worry; we have also provided the right resolution for it. Have a look:
Paper Jamming Issues
Paper jamming is one of the most common issues that may occur at any time. This could occur due to any of the reasons:
· Accumulation of the dirt on the cartridge
This can be fixed by ensuring a periodic cleaning of the cartridge. But don’t give yourself a chance to do this, especially if you don’t have any idea of the inside configuration of the printer. In such an event, contacting the HP customer service team is recommended!
· Selection of a wrong paper size for printing
Choose the correct paper size mentioned in the instruction manuals that have come along with the printer.
· Worn down of the rollers on the printer
The only solution is to go for a roller replacement with the help of a techie.
· When a piece of paper stuck inside the cartridge
Carefully remove the cartridge and then pull the paper out from it, in the direction of the paper path. Once done, set all the printer’s parts back to the cartridge.
Ghosting Issues
Ghosting is a situation where a print of the printed image also gets printed (a lighter copy though) somewhere else on the page. If such thing happens then there could be an issue with your power outlet with which the printer is connected. Check the same after connecting the printer to some other outlet. This issue can also occur when the consumable parts of the printer are in the end days of their life. Replace the parts such as drum or imaging kit to fix this issue.
Faded Prints Issues
Light or faded prints could be a result of one of these three conditions:
·
Low print
density
Check out the current settings
and then increase the print density to fix this issue.
·
Economode
printing is turned on
Give a print self-test and figure
out the current settings. Try turning off the Economode and then hit a print
command again.
·
The Printer
is low on toner
Remove the cartridge carefully
and then shake it from left to right and right to the left. This will
redistribute the toner. If the problem is still there, replace the cartridge or
connect to the HP customer service team to get an immediate solution.
