How to fix HP Printer error 49.4c02?

But the user may face some issues while using HP Printer with an error code 49.4c02 and to solve it, you need to follow the possible ways as given below carefully-
Ø  Configure the network accurately
You need to unplug the LAN cable and reboot your HP Printer. Then check whether its showing ‘Ready Mode’ and try to print the configuration page on the ‘Menu’ followed by ‘Print configuration’.
If the page has printed properly then the issue will be with the printing with the network. If it doesn’t perform properly then you need to follow the steps as listed below-
1.      Modify the IP address off your HP Printer.
2.      When the HP Printer shows the ‘Ready mode’ then you need to update the firmware.
3.      Change the installed driver.

Ø  Clear the HP Print queue
To do so, follow the steps as listed below-
1.      Click on the ‘ Start’ option
2.      Select the ‘Printers and Faxes’ to start with the print queue.
3.      Click on the icon the HP Printer, to try once again.
4.      New windows will pop-up, to make a click on each of the jobs to delete it.

Ø  Check  the firmware whether it’s outdated or old
You need to check the condition of the firmware by the various methods-
·         Through the first way-
1.      Select the option ‘Start’
2.      Go to the ‘Control Panel’.
3.      Print the configuration page.
4.      You will receive a printed page which will contain ‘firmware Date code’ or ‘Firmware version’.
5.      Check on the date which is mentioned in it.

6.      Tap on ‘Easy firmware update utility’ if the update is available.

7.      Click on the ‘Download’ link.
